Welcome to Finyra Solutions Pvt. Ltd. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, applications, and financial advisory services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Nature of Services

Finyra Solutions Pvt. Ltd. acts exclusively as a financial aggregator, distributor, and advisory firm. We partner with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulated Banks, Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs), and Insurance Providers.

• Not a Lender: Finyra Solutions does not lend its own capital, underwrite loans, or issue credit cards directly.
• Third-Party Discretion: All financial products, including loan approvals, credit limits, interest rates, and insurance policy issuance, are at the sole and absolute discretion of the respective partner institution based on their internal credit/risk policies.
• No Guarantee: We do not guarantee the approval of any financial product application submitted through our platform.

2. User Obligations & Accuracy of Information

By using our services to apply for a financial product, you agree to the following:

• You must be an Indian citizen or a legally registered corporate entity in India, and at least 18 years of age.
• All information, financial data, and KYC documents provided by you must be true, accurate, current, and complete.
• Providing false, forged, or misleading documents constitutes financial fraud. Finyra Solutions reserves the right to report such instances to our banking partners and relevant law enforcement authorities.
• You agree to promptly cooperate with any requests for additional documentation required by our partner institutions during the underwriting process.

3. Consent to Access Credit Information

By submitting an inquiry or application through Finyra Solutions, you grant us and our partner Banks/NBFCs explicit consent to access your credit report and credit score from Credit Information Companies (such as CIBIL, Experian, Equifax, or CRIF High Mark) to evaluate your eligibility for the requested financial products.

4. Fees and Charges

Finyra Solutions enforces a strict Zero Upfront Fee policy for standard retail loan and credit card processing. We do not charge customers for "file logging" or basic advisory. Our firm generates revenue through legitimate distribution payouts/commissions from our institutional partners upon successful disbursal of a loan or issuance of a card.

Exceptions exist only for highly complex corporate financial structuring or specialized advisory mandates, where a professional fee is explicitly agreed upon in writing via a formal engagement letter prior to the commencement of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software, is the property of Finyra Solutions or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or otherwise exploit any portion of this website without our express written consent.

6. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., banking portals, payment gateways) that are not owned or controlled by Finyra Solutions. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You access them at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Finyra Solutions, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial loss, lost profits, or data loss, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our platform.
• The rejection of your loan or credit card application by a partner institution.
• Any changes in interest rates or policy terms made by the partner institution post-disbursal.
• Any unauthorized access to our secure servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the city of our Corporate Office.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
